"my family and I been Dieterlen for many years, I gave the 2 star due to Dieterlen is awesome and so are the dental hygienist, I never had an issue until recently, it seems their administration that handles the front went down hill , they switched about 3 times their front desk managers and they all give me contradicting information, the first manager stated they will look at my bill because they were updating systems and people were getting bills incorrectly, then they said I was out of network, It didn't make sense, we always had same insurance, the manager also stated that they will adjust my bill to reflect in network prices as a courtesy until open enrollment so I could switch to correct plan, then the second new manager said that I wasn't out of network and she didn't know why the prior manager was telling people that she also stated I didn't need to update my plan in open enrollment because I was in network and they will re file bill. Today I received a $640 bill in the mail, I went to office and she stated I was out of network, I told her what the other managers had told me, all she could say is sorry, we have to charge you that amount, it didn't matter what other people in that office said. Now I'm out of a dentist because they told me they were in network and now they are not, now its to late for us to change our plan, also out of $640 that I could of have been prevented if I really knew I was going to be charged as out of network, I would of just stop going until I changed my plan. I wouldn't trust their administration. Very sad I have to change my dentist."

"I lucked out by finding the best dentist in Tulsa. Dr. Dieterlen's professionalism is exceptional. His staff is simply unbeatable! I can't say enough good things about them.They give you a reason to smile and a smile to show off!"

"I've never had my teeth cleaned this well. The staff and Dr. Dieterlan were very professional. The other place I used to go to seemed to only care about making money, and they didn't do my crown properly on top of it. They messed up my husband's as well. We will continue to see this dentist. "Cleanliness is important to me in a dental office . This office is very clean and to my satisfaction. The reception desk is helpful, cordial , efficient . The waiting period is never very long. It is typically running in a very efficient and timely manner. Dr. Dieterlan, is knowledgeable, kind, caring but is also very business-like and doesn’t waste time. However, he will take time to answer any concerns . I find the hygienists very efficient and courteous as well as the x-ray tech. The atmosphere overall is friendly but still very businesslike. This dental office deserves 5 Stars."

From the front office staff, who handles all phone calls, scheduling, billing, and much more, to the individuals that have given us our check up cleanings, to Dr. Dieterlen himself, the entire office is kind and professional. We look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Dieterlen and his staff, as they are truly the best team that has serviced our mouths. Highly recommended!"
