"Been a patient of Dr. Noah for many years. Needed a crown and found out that Dr. Noah out that crown on a tooth that had decay. I found this out when I went to another dentist closer to home and found out that the tooth needed a root canal. My new dentist said the work was egregious. I asked for a refund on the crown $564.50 and was ghosted. Never heard from him. Will never go back!"
"I'm not going to get into all the details but I would highly suggest get everything in writing . They tried to bill me three different times all different amounts for the same procedure. I had to call my own insurance company to get the claim taken care that they said couldn't be done . I will never go back to them for anything . Very frustrating and disappointing with the whole process that lasted almost 3 yrs . If I could give them no stars I would . Beware of the billing"
"I called this morning to schedule a cleaning after not going in for 3 years. They were able to see me this afternoon which made me very happy. Lacy, the dental hygentist, really impressed me. She was knowledgeable in her field, explained what she was going to do step by step and why she was doing it. She took her time and answered all my questions. She explained that she'd been there for 2 years and took the time to review my records from my last visit. I shared with her that I recently had a baby and I received a call from my childcare provider while she was taking x-rays. I took the call after we were done with x-rays and when Lacy returned from developing my x-rays, she asked if everything was okay with my daughter. I really appreciated her genuine concern. In a world where great customer service seems to be few and far between now-a-days, I was pleased with the service I received today. Front desk staff was also upbeat and a pleasure to visit with. The office was nice and cozy. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Thank you Region Dental for taking great care of me today!! I've had plenty of bad dental office experiences but never at Region Dental."
"My husband went in for "affordable dental" teeth extractions. They told him they would have to be surgically removed and wanted $200+ for 1 tooth on a payment plan. We got 3 other opinions that all agreed against this place and said his infection was so bad that he needed antibiotics before the teeth should ever even be removed. After 2 weeks of meds he finally got all his work done for just $365 at Aspen Denral and they did NOT need to be surgically removed. They were all simple extractions. Not saying their work is bad because we never had any done there but they did try to over charge and did not think his infection needed to be cleared up before removing the teeth."
"To be clear, this is only a review of the initial customer service, as I did not receive any cleaning from them. Today is 2/3/16, on monday, 2/1/16 they called my number to confirm my appointment. I expressed concern to them over the phone that I had not received my new insurance card this year because my plan from last year was discontinued. They said it was no issue and they could find it with my SSN and DOB, which I provided. Today I go in for the appointment. The waiting room is nice and clean, well lit, homey. The 2 receptionists are friendly enough, but after a while of waiting they say that they cannot find my coverage in their system. They cover Delta Dental, my status on the Delta Dental website says Active and covered, so I see no issue. They then proceed to say, "We tried to call you back to let you know that we couldn't find your plan." I show them my phone logs and they state, "well we called the other number you provided before your visit today". Which is ignorant, they called me monday on the same number I provided during my visit. My main issue is that I was perfectly willing to do the legwork and wait the estimated 30 minutes for Delta Dental to give me my id that would make it easier for Region Dental; I even stated this on the phone with them Monday. Yet they say they will cover it, and blame me through a lie that they sought to find me again. Honesty from them and I would have returned another day, happily, but I can't agree with the way they handled themselves today."
