"Our experience at Cherry Street Family Dentistry has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Maira in the front office is amazing. Her patient service and communication skills are world class. She makes my wife and I feel very welcomed whenever we visit. She’s extremely knowledgeable about procedures and always able to help us understand our dental plans. She puts so much care and effort into her work. Thank you Maira! Ashley, is probably one of the best dental hygienist we’ve ever had. She’s highly knowledgeable and has given us great advice how to maintain good oral health. She is very kind and friendly. I enjoy chatting with her and it makes dental cleanings such a pleasant experience. Lastly, Dr. Jump is an amazing dentist. He’s an awesome guy and has gone above and beyond to make my dental procedures work for me. I recall needing to use my dental insurance allowances before the end of the year and he was willing to squeeze me in his busy schedule just for me. With that there may have been a small chance that we would need to meet during Christmas while the office was closed and if that was the case he said that would be completely fine. Luckily it wasn’t necessary, but I appreciated it so much that he would’ve saw me during the holidays while he was off if needed. Most recently, I completed an almost 2 year long implant procedure with Dr. Jump and he did an excellent job. It was not an easy task but he made it look that way. I love how he explains each step of the process for me to understand and even gives me additional information whenever I’m curious about anything. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dental office to anyone for a world class dental experience from amazing people. Thank you all!"

"This dentist is the best. I have bad dental anxiety and always have and dr. jump and his team always make me feel more calm and less anxious than i ever have! i always feel welcome & genuinely cared for. i’ve had to get some pretty extensive dental work done recently and i was dreading it, but dr. jump and my hygienist Peytin are phenomenal every time. they took their time, explained everything thoroughly and in terms i could understand and always made sure i was comfortable during my procedures. highly recommend."

"I did a 4 year rotation with my previous company in Tulsa, which coincided with the need for some major dental work. Dr. Jump and the team were unbelievable - I can't recommend them enough! By the time my rotation ended, I was considering booking flights back to Tulsa every 6 months to keep this awesome team. I hope Dr. Jump and the team are doing well - I think about them often."

"This was the best dentist office I’ve ever been to!! My hygienist, Kacy, was super sweet and kind. She walked me through the entire appointment and let me know everything she was doing. Dr. Jump was really efficient and nice. I’ve had super bad experiences with dentist offices, and Kacy and Dr. Jump definitely changed this for me."

"I had a disappointing experience at this dentist office today. My previous dentist no longer accepted my insurance, so I was forced to find a new one. I read reviews online about this location and it seemed great (I later learned in their lobby that they incentivize great reviews with gift cards). Prior to my appointment, I filled out all of the online paperwork. I arrived at 12:45 for my 1:00 appointment and was asked to fill out even more paperwork. Annoying, but no problem. After turning in my paperwork, I waited another 55 minutes to be called back for x-rays. I didn't even see the dental hygienist until after 2:00. Although she was nice, I noticed that when she was checking my gums, she repeatedly typed on the computer with the same gloves that she would then put in my mouth. I didn't say anything because I was hoping that the keyboard had a protective, replaceable cover I just couldn't see. She did a good job cleaning my teeth, but around 2:55 I asked how much longer my appointment would take, since I needed to pick up my child at 3:15. She stopped cleaning, and at this point hadn't even polished my teeth yet, and called the dentist in. She explained that I needed to be out by 3:15 and the dentist seemed annoyed. I told them that I didn't realize that my appointment was going to take so long since it was just for a cleaning. He basically gaslit me and said that since I was a new patient it would take longer, which is ridiculous because I waited in the waiting room for an hour. I felt pressured to stay since I was already there and needed my teeth checked and my insurance was already being used. I had to text my husband to go get my child. By the time the appointment was over I just wanted to get out of there. I did glance at the computer and notice there was nothing covering the keyboard, so my suspicion of having dirty keyboard germs in my mouth was accurate. I should have spoken up when I was leaving, but I was just gobsmacked by the whole experience. Definitely won't be going back."
