"They wanted to cap and crown almost every single tooth even though not every single one needed it. I got a second and third opinion from different dentists and neither of them agreed with this. She did not have that much stuff wrong as they said. We even got more xrays and still did not need what they were saying. All they saw were dollar signs. She definitely didn't need thousands of dollars worth of stuff. And most of that would of been out of pocket not insurance. We went with a different dentist and they will be doing her work and for a lot less and more honest. Smiles for life didn't even show me xrays or exactly what was wrong. And they never called us to even get her on the schedule. And when the new dentist wanted my daughters xrays and stuff , they always came up with the servers were down. So I would not recommend them, I was going to them for years. But not anymore. They haven't been friendly either. Been kinda rude. Don't take the time to explain things. Just rush and get their money. They did this to my other daughter also. And I think now she didn't need all the work they said she needed either. Glad I got another opinion before they got more money out of me."

"I arrived 30 minutes early and I got right in, they are really good with children. My 2-year-old sets like a big girl and lets them look in her mouth, fluoride her teeth with out hesitating. I would recommend Smiles 4 Life to any one with small children or teenagers as well."

"They were really good at explaining what to expect when they did the dental surgery on my granddaughter, and they gave me the instructions to bring home. Want to watch for how to treat her all around good friendly staff."

"Although I showed up early, I still had to wait 15 minutes after my appt time. The environment was unprofessional with workers talking about whatever, walking in and out. The dentist barely looked at me. Said I should oral surgery when I have no problems with my teeth at all. Does she get a kick back for referrals or something? What a joke. She asked me 3 times if I've had braces, like I would just forget something like this. An appointment was made for me without my permission. And now I have a sore in my mouth, just from a checkup. This place is the worse I've ever been to."

"I mostly did not like that my daughter (who was the patient) was not addressed. She is a human and it’s important for her to be valued and spoken to. She is 4 years old. I also think they were excessive in what they suggested for treatment. They wanted to cap nearly every tooth in her mouth no matter how minimal the decay was. This is a child who eats minimal sugar and brushes her teeth daily. I think they saw our insurance provider and knew they could get paid for capping every single tooth if they could prove the tooth was at risk in any way. When I asked for other options they gave me the name of another office I could try."
