"It could have been nicer if you could bowl before 4pm we like going when there's not alot of people sometime! It's difficult to go out and have fun when you have a social disorder and trying to find a place to go bowling is there any chance that could ever happen? And the service could alot better for sure you have to go all over the place to find where to buy a soda!"

"Here's the deal their service is terrible. However, it is such a fun place to take grandkids to play games, and it is a neat place for that type of thing. The service there is terrible once you get your tickets and you go into the ticket center look out. They literally said, "Wait just a minute. We'll be right back 20 minutes later. No one they were running with 1 person on the floor and nobody to help service. Terrible attitudes...I had 6 grand kids, terrible, terrible, terrible."

"Really fun as a date night or group of friends. Love that there's plenty of seating and you can even sit and eat before playing or after. Some of the food is really good, some is just alright but it's not bad. Just know that unless you see servers walking around, you probably need to go right up to the bar to put any orders in. Then the wait is a little long to get food, so don't come hungry and expect to eat right away unless you get pizza or something from the All Stars Bowling part of the building. BUT, if you wait, your food will be delivered by a cute cat robot server. Drinks are good and bar service is good. Bowling there on a Tuesday night is a fantastic deal. It's usually not too crowded if you go a little earlier in the night. The Pins & Ale side is smaller so expect a wait if you show up much later in the night. Some nights they have a DJ which is fun."

"Lots of things to do here for everyone in the family. We've been coming here for a long time and they're always doing new things and keeping it updated. The service is always great, everyone is very helpful and has a smile. We'll definitely keep coming back here!"

"Pins and Ales definitely is always a good time. Even on a Tuesday night it can get busy. They also have deals going on during certain nights of the week and is very affordable. I love the drinks here which are strong but well made. The food however, is very basic which is understandable, it’s a bowling alley and not a five star restaurant. They do have have a cute robot that brings your food to the table which is fun and modern. Pins and Ales is always a great place to spend time bowling with friends and family and is one of the better bowling alleys I have been to."
