"The instruction page enclosed with windchime repair kit I ordered was not exactly for the product I purchased. When I called them, thinking I was missing a part that was shown on the diagram, they told me they woud send out that part first class usps the next day. When I had not received the part 6 days later, I called them and was told that that part didn't come with the kit I bought. The owner denied anyone ever talked to me. He did apololgize for the instruction sheet being for a different model, but didn't offer to send me the correct one, if one indeed existed. Misspelled words on the instruction sheet. Very unprofessional. Wood parts in the kit are raw and will need to be treated if the windchime has any outdoor exposure and you want it to last any length of time."
