I explained my issues and sent pictures. After Five weeks I finally reached him again. he gave me every excuse why he did nothing. I honestly felt TJ had no concern in helping me. I reached out to a Mr. Scott Fultz. Mr. Fultz does not return emails or return calls. I spent $40,000.00 on a trailer that I could not get a couple of simple warranty issues taken care of with Sooner. THANKS, SOONER"
