"Very disappointed in the management of this dentistry. Cancelled on numerous times but this last encounter has forced me to search for a new dentist. Scheduled an appointment for sept 15th at 1 o clock for my nephew. Drove 40 minutes to get there (located near his home) to find out they weren’t open. Online it showed it was open so my nephew and I sat there thinking they were returning late from lunch. After 20 minutes I knew what had happened and left. Had to drive back the 40 mins. This all could have been avoided had they called, left a voicemail, texted, or emailed expressing the need to reschedule. Not only that but in August when I visited for my niece’s appointment they stated she had 7 cavities and needed to be seen by a specialist. We then booked the appointment and learned she actually has 2!! If your looking for a dentist to inconvenience you repeatedly with last minute cancellations, if you desire a dentist who will not communicate with you to reschedule due to their cancellations, if you want your child/self to potentially be inaccurately diagnosed with dental Carie’s or then ya sure this is the place for you."
