"Love the staff but there is no changing table so I would not recommend to parents with small children or babies. My 11 year old loves the staff and they were very nice. Soonercare was used and fully covered"

"Although I have not taken care of my oral health or mental health to the best of my ability the 2 wonderful women Michaela and Bri at the front desk were not judgmental and I could tell they genuinely wanted the best for me. Being someone who cares for others my whole life, the care I felt from them was overwhelmingly amazing. They are so kind, yet comical and professional. The dentist I had was a male and he was also very kind and genuine."

"Initially when my kids started here it was great, Dr Broadbent was welcoming & the staff was very pleasant. However, after waiting out 6 months between cleanings, I was notified 1 day before my children’s appointment that the hygienist wouldn’t be there & we needed to reschedule. Due to my daughter with Autism, we schedule my kids back to back so I can be present for both. We also schedule after school as to not disrupt their routine. The receptionist was very rude upon rescheduling & we were pushed an additional month out, to no fault of our own. On top of that, we show up today & they’ve split my children up so I’m walking back and forth between rooms trying to be there for both. Not a big deal, however , they rushed the entire time. We were not notified that there was a new dentist, nor did he introduce himself when he rushed into either room & VERY quickly examined both of my kids. He rushed out & couldn’t get out the door quick enough, it was apparent we were the last appointment & EVERYONE was ready to leave. The hygienist, Cara, typically is fine with my kids and does a good job. Today she rushed through both of my kids cleanings, while also being rough. No fluoride was put on my daughters teeth, in fact, during my sons cleaning after they said she was done, I was the one to ask why she didn’t have fluoride put on. Cara then acted very uninterested in applying it. She was rough flossing both my kids & even they could tell she rushed through their cleanings. They’re teens & they were aware the entire appointment was hurried through. Needless to say we will not be returning & it was an extremely unprofessional appointment on the entire staff, New Dentist included. I can’t even tell you his name since no one bothered to mention it. If you plan an appointment I guess just make sure you’re not last on the schedule to avoid that kind of mess."

"My first experience there was awesome all the way around. The staff was great ,very professional, and polite. They are very knowledgeable and answered any question I could come up with and really took the time to explain it all. You can tell they treat you the way they like to be treated and you really cannot ask for anything more, especially on your first visit. Thank you again for everything and we'll see you soon!"
