"The overall experience was good. The only negative was the first lady I encountered at the reception window had a very rude attitude & look on her face when I checked in for my appt & tried to pay at the front window. She very rudely informed me that I would pay at the side window. No personality, flat affect as far as her facial expressions went. Maybe she was put out, because I was right on time & not early. But......fact of the matter is, I had something unexpected come up & had to be in Tulsa at 10 am & did not get to leave there until after 12 & I was still on time for my dental appt, not late! So her rude look & treatment of me is not a good customer service look especially when it's the first look a customer gets at an office visit."

Everyone in the dental staff have quick answers for all the questions I asked and I noticed that was the case with all patients that came in during my comfortable wait. My son felt great after getting a minor filling."
