"Extremely rude employees! Tried to charge an exam fee after the crown came off after 3 months because it wasn't a good fit. They said it was because the doctor that originally did the crown wasn't working that day. When I made the appointment, they should've scheduled with the correct doctor. The girl at the front was very rude because I refused to pay the exam fee. I said I'll talk to the doctor at the next appointment. She said they can waive the fee if we want to spend $1,000 for a new crown. I told her that people with Soonercare usually doesn't have that kind of money lying around. At the next appointment, I told the assistant that I wanted to talk to the doctor about the exam fee from the last visit. She starts defending the girls at the front desk, putting her hands up to me and saying I needed to shut up and listen. At 61 years old, I have a hard time allowing a 20 year old talk to me that way. When I stood up to leave, she finally told me that the fee was written off. I asked her why she didn't just tell me that at the beginning. Guess she needed to be a hero to the front office girls. Absolutely no respect whatsoever! I've been an office manager in the dental/medical field for 37 years. She would've been fired for that type of behavior! I don't want to think it's because my grandson is on Soonercare because I hear that all the time. But I'm sure starting to think this is the case. Sad either way that employees are allowed to treat anyone this way."

"Dr. Husley has been absolutely fantastic with my nineteen year old autistic son. My son has sensory issues and used to have to be surgically medicated to even have his teeth cleaned. He also has significant dental problems. You can tell Doctor Husley loves being a dentist. He is exceptional, prides himself with striving for perfection every time and does an awesome job providing abundant information, answering any questions or concerns. When you leave, its with not only with a smile but also a smile that you're proud of. I wouldn't go to any other dentist. Elvira, his assistant, is so kind and patient, always very knowledgeable."

The Staff Was So Friendly! My Daughter's Loved Going Here. I Highly Recommend Taking Your Family Here. Your Family Will Too! They Have TV's For You To Watch While Getting Your Teeth Looked At."

"Lidia the manager was very insightful. I had a cleaning done around 11 am and they were surprisingly efficient and got all my questions answered. They even were able to help the Spanish people who were in the office too :)"

"This place is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. My appt was at 9am and it’s 10:15 and just now got called back. There were people coming in after me and getting called back and seen before me. If you come here make sure you have plenty of time. They are very very slow. The utensils they use to look at your teeth are not even in a sterile pouch they are just sitting there in the open. I refuse to let them put that in my child’s mouth. Very unprofessional and dirty place. Do not recommend at all!!!!"
