"I am fortunate I found my former dentist that once practiced here, Dr. My-Lynn Nguyen, now practicing at Westmoore Family Dentistry on S. Western Ave. The best part of this business left with her. I also take strong exception to the estimate and billing process. A crown job (using insurance of course) was quoted at $250 (which did seem low) which I paid, then when the temp was installed, they asked for another $250 (which seemed proper), and then was asked for ANOTHER $250 when the permanent crown was installed. I disagreed with the last request for monies and was turned into a collection agency. So no, I cannot / will not recommend this business not only because the quality of service has fallen, but because the administrative staff fails in their duty to quote the client an accurate amount close to the final fees. I cannot recommend this business at all."

One thing that speaks absolute volume is the staff has been pretty much the same. it feels so much like a family environment! Dr. Fitzgerald has done a variety of work on me fillings, a bridge, teeth extractions lol the list goes on and on. Hopefully no more extractions. I love how attentive everyone is, continuously asking how do you feel, are you ok. I have had really bad dental anxiety over the years, the reassurance of safety at precision keeps me calm! If you’re looking for a new dental family this would be a good start."
