"This company is amazing. They have literally bailed me out of two situations. When even the dealer did not have the parts. Their customer service did not send the part without verifying the correct serial number motor as well as the vin. I was actually about to order the wrong part. But they caught it. Before shipping. Also I just recently have looked high and low for a valve cover gasket it’s on b ack order. And I contacted ATL Diesel and they have it in stock. This company has went above and beyond. "Sam has been a great guy to deal with. And the parts were shipped very quickly. I ordered them on Thursday after 4pm and they were at my house before 10 am the next day. unfortunately I cannot give 5 Stars as I gave him the engine serial number and still got the wrong part. I have reached out to them to see if they can get it replaced ASAP. I will update when I find out. Update. They reached out on a holiday and have begun the process of getting me the correct part. This time they have engine serial number, original turbo part number and pics. I can't say enough what it means to find a company with true customer service these days. "I did a full out of frame overhaul of my Cat 3406E (2WS) earlier this year using parts from ATL including an IPD overhaul kit, Stage 2 Cylinder Head and Borg Warner 0000 80mm turbo. The parts quality was top shelf, second only to the service! Being a Porsche Tech by trade, I’m a little picky to say the least and I know I was probably a complete Pain in The A$$ lol! Cy went above and beyond… I had his direct number and texted him several times at 10-11:00 at night discussing issues. If I needed anything or wanted to change anything it was as good as done!
