"I reached out online, I received a phone call shortly after, got me scheduled over the phone, I filled out paperwork through the link and got to my appointment right on time and took me in almost right away. It was literally straight to business with X-rays and a cleaning! There was no more paperwork to do or waiting around after x-rays, or after cleaning or anything like that. Explained to me what we were doing each process/step of the the way throughout, answered all my questions. Gave me advice/suggestions/options on future appointments or even home care like a waterpik. Their equipment looked new, looked up to date or more advanced than my last dentist which was cool showing you in 3D as we went along. "I have had some negative experiences with previous dentists in the past, except for one in another state. Today, I visited OKC Dental Associates for the first time because one of my front crowns broke off last Thursday. This particular tooth has had multiple issues due to previous poor dental work and subpar fixes. I have some apprehension about going to the dentist at this point. However, I want to commend the staff and the dentist at this office for their excellent service. They treated me with respect and understanding. I felt comfortable and they were very considerate of my concerns, both emotionally and financially. Their conduct was professional, friendly, and considerate. I am extremely satisfied with this experience. Moreover, I was fortunate that they were able to reattach my existing crown instead of requiring me to purchase a new one, and they placed it much better than the previous dentist. Prior to today's appointment, the tooth did not align or curve naturally with my other teeth, leaving a larger gap than I was comfortable with. This is the first time in over a decade that I have felt so positive about visiting a dentist. I walked out smiling. I would like to express my gratitude to the office manager, Pam, for arranging this appointment for me, and to Charlie for providing exceptional assistance throughout my visit.
