"Trusted them with my family's care and just got left hanging. My wife went back in after a filling they filled, that gave her excruciating pain and was told they would put in a antibiotic and pain killer for her. She then waited a hour for it to be filled at the location she told them and they failed to send it and wouldn't answer their phone. Absolutely piss poor service. How they manage to receive any award is beyond me. I told my wife to find someone else immediately. They will no longer be entrusted with my family's care as my wife is in tears. The girl at the front desk can't even work a credit card. It's one thing to admit not knowing something. But it's stupid pride that you can't admit not knowing how to use it when it's been accepted for the past 2 years."
