"This is a review for my husband’s visit September 2023. My husband thought that he cracked his tooth his whole face was swollen so he went into Aspen for help. When he went to the back the doctors name I do not know and I’m probably pretty glad that I don’t know it, he told my husband that they would Cap it, there was no crack. So he comes back the next day, of course he hast to takeoff work both days. He goes in and his blood pressure was over by two points so they told him they couldn’t take him in. I immediately called Carnegie liberty dental and they got him in immediately, took his x-rays and found out that his tooth was cracked, the cracked part of his tooth was entering his nasal cavity you could see It, they immediately had to start doing an extraction called in because they couldn’t get the tooth because the root had gone in to the bone. I am extremely pleased that Aspen didn’t take my husband that day because they were going to cap a broken tooth when all along it needed to be pulled and the tooth removed from the nasal cavity. He visited Aspen a few months before this and they were lousy that time but it was an emergency and it was the only place we could get him in at the time. They did a horrible job the first time and the second time they could’ve seriously hurt him if they would’ve capped that tooth instead of extracting it! If something ever happened and we couldn’t get him into LIBERTY DENTAL a Carnegie Oklahoma I will pull a tooth out myself for him before I would ever suggest going back to Aspen Dental in Lawton. My appointment that was made of course I just let it run out because there’s no way they would place their hands in my mouth not after what they did to my husband two times. Please find another place to go to because I also had a cousin that visited an out-of-state Aspen and they did the same thing to him, he had to see another surgeon and they had to completely pull out the tooth because it needed to be extracted and not Capped. If all this place knows what to do is cap a tooth then the doors need to be shut permanently! This is how I feel, this is how my husband feels and this place is a disaster! If it was possible to give no stars I would give -10! GO TO LIBERTY DENTAL!!!"
