Motel 6 Wendover, UT

"Absolutely the worst customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The people at the front desk should be fired immediately for being incompetent morons. It's "not their fault" that they cannot control their drunk tenants. They would rather the local police be called than deal with the problems they have allowed/created. I would rather sleep in the gutter than stay at this garbage establishment ever again."

"Motel 6. What can you expect. But the lights always on... They were the only ones when I was down and out with my back against the wall. Willing to help and get me a room and some kind of roof over my head. No, it wasn't the best room, but it was a bad in a room nonetheless. Nevertheless, I have to say that the service, the main service and the front desk workers are superb. They are on their game. Special shout out to Vanessa and Abril. Vanessa, every time I see her she's happy. She's pretty and above all great with customers and willing to help any way she can. Abril is new to the business... But give her time! She's doing great and I especially appreciate the help that both of these ladies have given me the other night. I honestly have no words. Thank you"

"lets start with i had a bad experience next door at the knights inn, and ended up here at motel 6. the girl working the counter was nice and professional and welcomed us and my service dog! i absolutely recommend this motel 6 to any traveler! the worst thing i can say is the rooms are a little tired and outdated, but very clean!"

"No-nonsense motel! Affordable price, safe parking lot, room was fresh, clean and bathroom was spotless! The front desk attendant, Genaro, was warm, friendly, and accommodating. He made sure our stay was wonderful with his A+ customer service. I see a handful of complaints about "no shampoo etc." Y'all need to get some class and a personal self care preference of shampoo and soap. As an adult in a toxic world, soap and shampoo should be something you have in your own travel bag."

"Clean by motel standards! Totally usable bathroom and clean shower. Appreciated the microwave and mini fridge, tho had to unplug fridge to use microwave. Close to highway but quiet and felt safe. Ice machine near front desk."
