"It's not bad, and it's a decent room. small, but that's ok. Overall, the place is older but not bad. Rooms with an east facing window have LITERALLY a view of a wall 6 ft away from the window. So if you want to see something/anything out the window, get a west facing room."

"We were checked in quickly. Not many rooms available on this particular weekend. Not long after checking in, we realize the toilet was clogged. I was notified it would be taken care of soon. We left at 8 PM and returned five hours later. To our horror, the toilet was still clogged. I was told by the front desk and Pit Boss that maintenance had left for the evening. I asked for a plunger to do it myself and was denied. Evidently, no one is qualified to unplug Red Garter toilets except a certified maintenance technician by the Red Lion School of Plumbing. So, according to them, I was not capable of properly using this complicated instrument. I requested a new room, but everything was sold out. Unfortunately, we were forced to use other restroom fixtures for the toilet throughout our overnight stay. Maintenance showed up five minutes before check out and within one minute had the toilet fixed. Heads up, we found foreign hairs on the walls and curtains of the shower, so I can only assume it was not cleaned after we left. If this is the only place open, stay away."

"Room was decent and cleaner than expected, Bartender I guess thought he was going to get lucky with some drunk woman so he was totally ignoring everyone else, I waited more than 15 minutes of him ignoring me before I spoke up rather loudly to ask if he's the only one working bar and unfortunately he was,there were only 4 people at the bar so plan on losing at least a half hour of playing time if you're feeling thirsty!! As usual the machine are pretty tight and plan on losing a lot of money if you want to have a couple of hours of fun,,"

"I must share this about the outstanding lady who was running the early bird tournament bowl on Sunday. Wish I would have gotten her name and the quick thinking, whom I assume was over gaming security that afternoon. I had just won $500.00 on a machine when I was invited to join the tournament. So, in my stupidity, instead of cashing the ticket and putting it in my pocket. I sat down and began to play the tournament. However, I also put the ticket down. when I got up I forgot to pick it up. 2 minutes later it was long gone. I mentioned it to this wonderful lady and she immediately grabbed security staff. And instead of going back into some room and staring at cameras, security pulled the info from the machine I was on. verified my story, pulled the ticket number, and it had not been cash! he quickly nullified it and kindly walked me over to the cashier and she handed me my winnings. A huge thank you to both of you for going well above and beyond. I realize that you didn't have to believe me but I'm glad you did not hesitate and then quickly verified my claim and amazingly enough rectified the issue almost immediately. I can't say enough About these two. If the owners And Their bosses are reading these, which they should be. I would hope they would receive some sort of special recognition. The shining example of old-school customer service which seems to be lacking in many places nowadays, less this casino, of course. Thank You!"

"The Red Garter is conveniently located close to Lee's discount liquor store. There is ample parking, partly because nobody stays there. We were lured in by the lower price but found out why the price is lower. First we found out there is no elevator to the second floor. Not a necessity but it would make carrying heavy luggage to your room easier. It doesn't matter if you request a non-smoking room or not they all smell like smoke. And they don't have wifi even though it says they do on there website. In the room there is no mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker. The rooms were clean and the ac works real good."
