Silver Springs Lodge

"The place is very nice, wifi was a little spotty on the first day or two but it was fixed pretty quickly. The lake is fun for catch and release fishing, and some small boat trips out. The pool and hot tub are pretty spacious and the rest of the property is well maintained. There's also a pickle ball court and volley ball court as well! Only thing about the pickleball court is I wish there were 4 rackets instead of 2. The owner will recycle as long as you separate the trash from recycling in it's own bag."

"This place was okay. The landscaping was nice and it had the most comfortable couch on the main floor. I didn’t mind the mattress, it was comfortable to me. Now downsides, yeah the theater room was useless - the internet connection would connect down stairs and without internet you can’t really use the room. The rooms didn’t have TVs at all. They had hookups but no TV. The WiFi signal was pretty weak unless you were on n the main floor. Invest in a few more access points for each floor and outside. Finally, the bugs outside made it unbearable to use the covered balconies but I am sure this is a seasonal thing. Overall, my time there wasn’t horrible but for as high end as this place is, I would have expected a little more with the amenities."

"We had our wedding here in January 2019 and it was perfect. All of our relatives don't live in state so it was nice to have a place big enough where everyone could sleep. We catered ourselves, so the kitchen was perfect and had all we needed. The man who managed the property, Justin, was so helpful. My mom was asking him a lot of questions when we did our walk through before renting and he was so patient and was very relaxed. I loved that they didn't have any hidden fees, they were honest and straight up with us. We looked at another local lodge to rent but they were going to charge us an extra 2K a day with hidden fees. Silver Springs did not do this and I thank them for it. I'm just looking for an excuse to have another family gathering here so we can rent it again. I will defiantly recommend this to anyone."

"My son had his wedding here. I would highly recommend it. The lodge has all the amenities you could think of including it's own lake paddle boats canoes etc. We stayed 4 days and had an amazing time. It needs a little TLC, but it didnt matter. It was the most beautiful setting for the wedding with the lake and mountains in the background on the lush green lawn. Truly amazing."

"I decided to have my wedding at Silver Springs Lodge after another venue fell through. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because Silver Springs was absolutely wonderful. We had the property booked for three nights and had all of our out of town wedding guests stay at the lodge. This made it super convenient and easy for a lot of our guests. I worked with property managers Justin, and then Matt and both were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of the wedding we realized we didn't have enough round tables and Matt was able to bring more over right away. We had countless compliments on the location and beauty of the property. We held both the ceremony and reception at the lodge. The ceremony was beautiful, overlooking the on-site pond and we utilized both inside and outside of the lodge (it was a chilly evening) for the reception. The next day our close friends and family stuck around and we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub. We couldn't say enough great things about our experience. Would 100% recommend. We hope to return someday for a family reunion!"
