"I would not recommend Mr. Henry. A child died in my sons home and he and the mother were arrested. There are so many medical records to be investigated by an expert to bring to light a possible medical issue. Carlos wanted to go with his own narrative at trial and point fingers at the mother to make it look better for my son. He neglected to present the entire case or follow through with getting a complete medical record and expert. My son was sentenced to LWOP.
