"As a first time client seeking an attorney, this was not the firm that was qualified to do my case. Yet took my money knowing they weren't qualified. Only talked to the ONLY lawyer they had Rachel whom I all talked to all of two time. Terminated my contract in October 2, 2022 because I did not feel confident in the process of this of this case, in addition to only having communicated with an intern and another representative (Charlton) who was not a lawyer at this firm. Over three months after contract was terminated, I had a remaining balance on my account. After several calls and emails with no response, I finally got a hold of Charlton mid December 2022 who basically gave me the run around on my return, stating they were dealing with a death in the family which I thought was highly unprofessional and frustrating to disclose to a client, especially when they as well are avoiding returning my retainer fee. According to Oklahoma Bar Association: If the attorney is discharged or the representation terminates before the retainer fee is earned, the client would ordinarily be entitled to a refund of the remainder. In some circumstances, a non-refundable retainer agreement in an hourly fee contract for services to be performed in the future may contravene Rule 1.16(d) if it materially impairs the client’s right to discharge the attorney at any time. The process of this situation was so bad I had to reach out to their social media/personal number (which Charlton R. gave me his personal number) to contact them because the firm number went to voicemail, weeks of emails of not being answered. It was horrible. This will leave a sour taste in my mouth about hiring any attorney in the future. PLUS TO TOP IT OFF...I later found out their was conflict of interest that was not disclosed to me. Had to find that out own my own. Plus I thought it was weird that they contact the person I was suing via phone without giving me concrete evidence or recordings of their conversation. Also they were extremely quick to take this to court which I would had to come out of more money that they would their to scam me out of."

"This was an awful experience. Mrs Klubeck-Baker managed to spend 3500$ of my large retainer and I only ever spoke to her twice in her office. I spoke to guy named Charlton who came across as a scam artist and was later let go for “inaction”. I still ended up paying for his time though. They couldn’t even spell my name correctly. It was embarrassing to have this be the face of anything I needed done. I hired them in May of 23 and fired them in the first week of November. I got my money back, well 75 percent of it back 6 weeks later and only after literally saying I would call the police. I didn’t know what to do. Then she overnighted 75 percent because she was unaware of two payments I had made. I had to beg for that money back as well. Rachel seems like a competent attorney and I believe she has tremendous ability but unfortunately at this time it is not showing. Everyone has difficulty in their lives. Sometimes we need an attorney and we count on them to advise and counsel us through the process. This was not my experience here. I understand lawyers are people as well. If life dictates that maybe you won’t have time for something, that’s ok. I could have found a new attorney. Instead I wasted 6 months and 3500$. Thankful that it wasn’t more. I hope this helps someone avoid the same mistake I made"

Usually once s law firm gets your money it’s hard to contact them but not loud. I can always speak to an actual person anytime i need.
