"I hate property management places! This one is no exception! They tried to jack up my rent $150 as well as charge me for renewing my lease. Additionally, they said I had to buy the renters benefits package (RBF). This is supposed to be a benefit to me but I can only see it as s benefit to them...the $50 extra dollars it would cost to have it! They also tried to hit me with a $3 charge to pay my rent! I fixed up the yard and take great care of this place! They should be paying me! After they discovered they dropped the ball and I wasn't under a contract for the last year and a half, they tried to force me to hurry up and sign a contract at a time when I was overly stressed helping my mom who was on hospice...extremely bad timing! Luckily, as a result of my exemplary tenancy, I was able to talk my landlord into stopping her contract with this company and working through and with me directly! She loves me because I'm an amazing tenant and she even lowered the rent $100. Rental companies could reward good tenants instead of being so greedy!"
