"If only 0 stars was an option. My wife and I hired this firm to represent us in a custody case. After the 1st court date, they switched our lawyer. Good, because the 1st one was an idiot. Second lawyer was PHENOMENAL. He was down to earth, and actually made us feel heard. We go to our third court date, just to be told by the secretary the lawyers on his was. Come to find out, he was fired (no explanation to us) and then the "Boss" they stick us with tells us we "can't afford" to take this case to trial. If you hire this firm, do not expect to be kept in the loop. If your kids are being left with an adult who can't be around their own kids, because dhs sees them as an unfit parent, don't expect this firm to do jack squat to help you out."

"Normally I don’t leave bad reviews unless the services warrant such a documentation. First. Alex Plamer is very unprofessional. He is always late to meetings and court dates. There was not one time he was on time despite us being early to every single court date and meeting we had. Alex NEVER returned call. We had questions about lots of things and we provided him with tons of information in regard to our case but he was never around to answer questions. He was always late to respond or call back, if we ever got a call back. We gave him heaps of information and evidence to support out case but it was all in vain. During the trial, he was fumbling around and was very unprepared. He had assured us this would be an open and shut case with us coming out the victors but we lost pretty badly. The opposing attorney kept asking questions that he had no response to and was fumbling around to try and answer questions. Alex never responded to requests for answers and after the decision was handed down he simply cut us off and didn’t try to communicate with us again. Lastly, he lied and misinformed us with regard to the status of the case. We were led to believe that the case had not concluded when in fact it had. We were never informed and found only after looking at court records that it was over. I would not recommend Alex nor his office as they are unprofessional. Not returning calls or having basic communication during such hard times is frankly appalling."
