"Had an awful experience with this firm handling a probate matter. After months of ridiculous billing and little to no progress, we finally decided to accept our losses and switch to a different firm. Very glad we did. We had to extend our case several times because our attorney, Jeff Love, had to attend his child's college out of state. He actually told us if he couldn't attend and had to deal with our case his heart would not be in it. This was after billing us almost 50k in a matter of a few months. Now we're finding out many things we were told were done actually were not. I would certainly not recommend using them."
