"I had a debt with them. They worked with me on a recurring payment plan and were always great. They always answered any questions I had. Ken, account manager, helped me finalize my account today. He was very pleasant. Sherri, the receptionist, was also always very pleasant and helpful. For a debt collector, they are one of the friendlier and helpful ones."

"Edit: Now they want bank statements to see how much we pay for bills so they can take more money. This isn’t “working with” us. We will probably be homeless since they want to take $300 a WEEK (we are one income family paid every week) how the hell am I supposed to keep a roof over my family??? AT CHRISTMAS!!!!?!? Thanks for ruining our Christmas and possibly our housing by garnishing our check with no warning. Said they sent stuff to us but they sent it to wrong address and said it was returned with no forwarding address. Funny how all of our other mail was forwarded. They won’t work with us until first payment which is 25% of our check."

We as humans have to understand that they are people too and are just doing their job. Ken if you see this thanks again for being understanding and helping me get this debt paid off."

"While the phone calls were incessant, when I finally answered, the lady I spoke with was very prompt & professional in helping me set up a payment plan. Once my account was in good standing, it showed up on my credit report within a week. While I can’t ever really highly suggest a collections agency, I will say they did their job diligently while also not being total as*holes about the amount I chose to pay weekly. Hopefully if I ever have to deal with a collections agency again, it’ll be as easy as these folks have made it for me."
