"I have lived here for many years and I have always been well taken care of. Sure things happen, something may break but its always fixed in a timely manner. I would like to applaud the office staff and maintenance during the pandemic and the current times. I have seen first hand some of the issues they deal with. Just this week while I took my dog out we stopped by the clubhouse to grab a dog treat as we always do and I saw the way a resident spoke hateful to management, and to that resident I would like to say, "Your bad day doesn't excuse how you treat people". I feel for anyone in customer service these days."
