"We hosted our daughter's 13th birthday party here and it was great. We did the VIP package with pizzas, bowling, mini golf and the arcade. The girls all loved it and had fun. The facility is almost brand new and looked great. Even the pizza was much better than I was expecting. We've had parties at other venues like this in the past but this was definitely the best one so far."

"I went to a Bday party for my friend's 1y old daughter and I was amazed by the service, the lady that they schedule to assist the party was wonderful, Kleide (not sure if spelled correctly) was attentive and ready to help, she also speaks Portuguese, which was perfect cause we had a lot of brazilians at the party. She was very nice and pleasant. We had plenty of drinks and pizza, they even made a gluten-free pizza for the Bday family since they are allergic to it, which I found very thoughtful. Thank you Fat Cats and Kleide for the experience."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. We are from out of town visiting family here. We got our lane for the family special and got our gaming card. We did our session of bowling and went to go play in the arcade and half if not 3 quarters of the games are broken in some way shape or form or they take your credits. There were several times that the games would take the credits and do nothing. We talked to the staff and the guy in the prize area acted put out that he had to help us. The food was even horrible. We talked to the staff and we're told there was nothing they could do to fix this. When all was said and done we spent at least 120 dollars and it wasn't worth anywhere near that cost. If your reading this do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where things are better taken care of and things aren't broken and the customer service is better. The employees would rather be on the phone or be talking to co workers then actually doing their job. It's no wonder why all the other fat cats are shutting down. They only care about one thing and that's money."

We used to go to the South Salt Lake location and it was great for nostalgic reasons, but Fat Cats really upped their game with this new location. The space is big and very clean. There were 20 bowling lanes with fun graphics projecting on the lanes - lots of fun to watch! The staff was nice and welcoming as well. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a family friendly fun center! They have arcade games and also a theater that we will be back for."
