"The room was cool and all and we enjoyed our time, but it was literally impossible for us to finish. The employee herself, after, said that one of the drawers, where a key was, was broken. Someone had actually broken it. This is very frustrating to hear, after spending good money on this, to hear you would never have been successful. We otherwise were doing so well."

"We did the beginner room. We had a blast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for new comers. The hour flew by so fast. We had to team up with 3 people we didn't know but it made it fun. I recommend trying Enigma Escape Games. Do a little research if you are a noob. Bring a flashlight."

"We did the 451 room last week and had a blast. I cannot describe how much fun we had at Enigma Escape Games! Annie was incredibly kind and was very helpful in the hints and encouraged us to complete it! It was my teen son's first escape room and was blown away with the experience! I loved her help so much that I literally hugged her four times! Sure we made mistakes and couldn't figure a ton of stuff since it was just the two of us, but wow. We loved how clever this room was! Since we are from out of state we asked her for suggestions of places to eat and she wrote the places down while we were in the room and gave us the suggestions after we were done! What service! We went to two of the three local shops and loved them! Before going to the second spot we noticed we left the page where she wrote it down at the place we were staying and since they were so kind, called her for the name of the place again. Her manager answered and he got the name of the restaurant for us since she was not working at the time. Such hospitality and customer service!!! They went above and beyond! We loved how helpful they are! Loved that they have a great escape room on their hands! And loved how Annie helped throughout the escape. I wish I could share more about our experience, but it would give away the game but wow the engineering and creativity it took to solve this room is brilliant! I'd recommend this room to anyone who appreciates being part of a creative and impressively engineered game!"

"My husband and I had a fantastic time! Unfortunately, our group was unable to complete the Hyde room but the setup was very engaging and immersive. We were very lucky to have another group join us because the two of us alone certainly wouldn't have been enough to get through the first half of the escape room. This experience has us strongly considering coming back with friends!"
