"This company advertised a very nice collection of model trains as part of one of its sales, It was even nationally featured on estateSales.com . I was very excited about it and drove 8+ hours from Louisiana to Texas to check it out. I stayed over night to get there early to see everything, come to find out they pulled all the model railroad items out of the sale 8 hours before it was scheduled to start. Their lame excuse was that it was the best option for their client. I guess customer’s expectations are very low on the priority list. No auction house with any reputation would conduct business this way . I guess the standard are much lower when it comes to estate sale companies."
"Barry & JoAnna R the Nicest, Most Professional, Full Service People that I’ve Ever Met - They even worked w/me on pricing!!!!!!!"
"The Durhams did such a great job on my mom’s estate sale! I got turned down (sometimes rudely) by several other companies because my mom lived in a small apartment and didn’t own much. The Durhams, on the other hand, were kind and understanding. I think they knew they wouldn’t make much on my sale, but emptying out the apartment of a deceased loved one is a big and emotionally difficult task. They helped me when I needed it, and they were always compassionate and respectful. I can’t thank them enough for helping me through a difficult time."
"Super nice people, but if you are expecting any kind of gross money from the sale think again. You might as well know you are giving all you stuff away. No matter what the price was when you bought it they will take $10 bucks for it. Their goal is to make stuff go away!!! I have never been so disappointed. What makes thing worse.... then they take 35% of your $10 bucks as their commission and charge you mileage for every visit. I have no problem paying the millage. I just wish we would have talked more about final prices. Sellers beware!!! Givers, you will not care. Prepare for the clean up to be on you even know they said they will do it. Everything left will be piled up. So, if you want things cleaned up after the sale it is on you. They just can't seem to get back out right away because they have another sale to get ready for. They have phone numbers ready for you to call if you need help. To me, worse of all …. the sell results and check took nearly a month to get. Waiting for all that money to come in and then seeing the results can make you sick for a week or two. Sellers beware!!!!!! Givers, these people are the best!!!!"
