"I had originally spoken with Mike and his receptionist about a quote on a ALTA Survey in Alva. They where extremely nice and helpful. After I had requested the quote I waited a week to give them a call back. His receptionist said he still had not gotten to it yet. I called periodically over the next week and eventually asked to speak with Mike. A different receptionist and not the original one refused. I wouldn't recommend using them on larger jobs or if you have a deadline."
