"My husband and I made several attempts to contact Mr. James Deans and Mr. Timothy Deans regarding a civil matter to which we were responding. They displayed both unprofessional and unreasonalble telephone etiquette. Both attorneys had interrupted us during the calls and prevented us from obtaining the correct amounts to which we were supposedly responsible for, only demanding that we pay the 'unquoted price'.
