"I will be forever grateful I was referred to Kyle Witherspoon to handle my families legal issues. I would give him 6 stars if possible! I met with a handful of other attorneys before coming across Kyle and he was hands down the best by far! He made me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of the moment I met him. He goes above and beyond and always make sure I am taken care of. Going forward he will be the only lawyer I trust having next to me in court, I would not want to be on the other side of him!"
"I want my money back. Your recommendation was worse than useless. My kids were directly harmed as a result. I want my money back for The consultation, and if you are still referring people to Nathan Wall, I would reconsider the impact it has on your reputation. A trained dog would have represented me better than him. I wasted 3 months of valuable time and over $7,000 on Nathan Wall. I want a refund and an apology."
"Kyle and Katelyn were really understanding and empathetic to my situation and they helped me get exactly what I wanted from the divorce. They where very communicative and helped me through a extremely painful situation."
"I have worked with Kyle Witherspoon through multiple legal matters. He is the only attorney I want in my corner to navigate the complexities of the family courts. I always feel in control of my case. Kyle explains the law to me, including all the potential outcomes, good and bad, and allows me to make the decisions that I feel are best for me and my family, and then he handles it from there. It’s clear that he cares deeply for his clients. I have referred my own family to him, he’s the only one I trust! You will be glad you hired Kyle Witherspoon."
"First of all whoever wrote good reviews for this attorney must have either been paid by him or his friends. I called and paid $50 for a consultation and when I spoke with this attorney from the very first moment he was judgmental, discriminating had already looked me up and was basically telling me he wasn't willing to work with me, I am a survivor of domestic violence. I have endured over 15 years of an abusive relationship that in order to get out of it I have had to go through hell and back. He was convicted of battery against me he was investigated for child abuse against my five-year-old daughter, the law like many domestic violence victims has let me down over and over and over. When I called trying to hire an attorney and expecting that I was interviewing him to hire as my attorney and pay them with money that was extremely hard for me to come up with - I was abandoned by my husband and left penniless, so being able to pay an attorney is a huge accomplishment for me. My husband also took the children without custody and the only words I received from this attorney was that once I become a productive member of society again that only then would he be interested in letting me pay him to be my attorney. He literally was defending my husband without knowing him or maybe he does know him but he did nothing but put me down, insult me and not even give me a chance to tell him my side of the story. At one point when I was addressing his accusations about having warrants active in Utah, he cut me off and questioned my honesty by saying "I thought you didn't know about these?" He went to a website called Utah exchange and read a long list of allegations that I had never heard of half of them, but prior to being in Salt Lake City I had never been arrested or charged with any crime in my life. He then told me to take my money that I had work so hard to come up with (yes he said that) and go deal with my criminal issues. I'm writing this review because it's so important that people like myself and other survivors of domestic violence are not treated this way. I'm thankful every morning now that I wake up in Colorado and I no longer have to deal with the horrible things that I had to deal with in Utah. I am absolutely sick to death of this kind of treatment from police officers in Utah to residents of Utah to business owners of Utah who all seem to favor a patriarchy. I woke up twice in my sleep last night sobbing from what this man said to me and I'm getting choked up now as I write this - so if you're an abused woman or you come from domestic violence do not and I mean do not waste your time or money on this firm. And lastly right before he brought up all these supposed crimes I committed he asked me if it was just him and I on the phone or if anyone else was listening in to where I responded no it's just us and then he started saying these things to me so that says everything doesn't it?"
