"I emailed the owner and never heard back. Obviously, his response to this was just for show. I have received three more tattoos using other aftercare products and never had the same thing happen. Response to the owner: I don't think you read this post properly. I didn't say the wrap caused the infection, it ripped off layers of my skin when I took it off and those rips caused infections. I posted a picture with this review. Ordered the tattoo wrap for a new tattoo I was getting. I've used other wraps in the past without any problems, but I wanted to try this brand because of the reviews and to support a local business. This is the worst wrap on the planet! After the first use I was pulling off the wrap to throw on some ointment and put on a second wrap. As I was pulling off the first wrap it ripped up my skin, and those rips caused infections on and off the tattoo. It caused my skin to bubble up in multiple places on and off the tattoo. I also had a major rash, which I never experienced with other products. It's disappointing since I used it on a full upper arm piece that took 10 hours to complete, now I'm going through the motions of treating a major infection from this product."
