"Rude and unprofessional they advised apartment complexes with information on laws that supposedly changed on ESA animals mind you I can’t find that information anywhere but won’t provide the same inform or location of information on ESA laws that were supposedly changed to tenants that need to know the law changes if any. The woman I spoke with was very short, had an attitude and quite rude."
