"I’ve been renting here for 4 years now and it’s been nothing but headaches. I’ve been through ice storms, power outages and even broken windows from hail and they always take a while to respond to any work order. I once had to wait 1 month for them to come fulfill a work order and when I called them out on it they proceeded to tell me I never called. I spoke with Bart, person in the front, and he then said I never placed any work order. My advice for anyone looking for a place to rent, even though the rent seems much cheaper than most, you do get what you pay for. Which is horrible service apparently. On top of all of this the move out guide is insane, I might as well own the house if I have to do every single cleaning in detail. My in laws rent houses and even they seem to think this is unnecessary and over the top just for a tenant. PLEASE BE AWARE OF BPM."

"Bare has managed a property for several years. They are super prompt in assessing, advising, and fixing any repairs small or large. They also are good about letting the owner know if they see issues. For example, the property had a large dead tree. I was called and informed. They managed getting an estimate and had it removed. I just gave them approval. Super easy. We have been through hail storms and ice storms and I could not be happier with their service. My current tenants have been there 2+ years and are very pleased as well."

"I rented a house through BPM for three years and, after my experience, would not recommend renting through them. BPM routinely does not provide notice before contractors show up to do work, even though it was stated they would in the lease. The worst example was when we were woken up unannounced at 7 am by roofers who also damaged my car. They refused to replace our malfunctioning AC unit. We left the house in better condition than it was in when we arrived, yet still had several hundred dollars taken from our deposit. There were also other egregious issues which are hard to list entirely in a post like this. Though some of these issues may have been partly the fault of the owner of the house, we did not have the ability to contact the owner and in the end BPM did not uphold the lease which we signed with them. I would not recommend leasing through BPM."
