Reviews of Rich Gallegos Attorney at Law
"This man is a clown, arrogant, egomaniac, and condescending. I had to keep reminding myself that I was his client you’d think he would communicate professionally and be in your corner. All he did was act like somehow everything is my fault and he could’ve done things so differently had I done something other than how it plays out, meanwhile he forgets previous statements he made and massively contradicts himself in this charade that he’s constantly on. not sure what I paid for here. Maybe ask for him as a court ordered Free lawyer, I’m sure the results are the same. Respectfully I wouldn’t recommend him. This is an anonymous account. Thanks."
"Rich Gallegos and his staff as well as his assistant at the time Kathy. We’re excellent on my auto medical court proceedings. Many hours and years were spent on my case. My calls were returned, my emails were answered. Rich handled my case professionally he cared about my well being and his team was always there to help. Preparation on my case - he made time to meet with me and answered my concerns and questions, He had no problem making calls that involved my case or writing letters. Reading some of the reviews and recently had a family member get him as an attorney I felt I wanted to write my own review. I feel Rich had my best interest in my case I felt he did right by my case and if I needed an attorney again I would reach out to him. I feel he will do the same service for my family member and I feel like he has been around and respected by enough people that people that know him and do there part- he will go all the way for you, my own opinion and I feel he did this for me and my family. Thank you again Rich!"
"Terrible service! I could of done better myself. He says one thing and does another leaving you with a worse situation. The girl in the office is a stuck beast too that doesn't even pass on his messages. He doesn't care to help you he just wants the governments money."
"Rich Gallegos is discriminating against a handicap disabled person. His client stated on the phone he was disabled because of his stroke and blood clots in his lungs that he didn't understand what Gallegos was saying. He told his client you can listening can't you! The client just listened but still doesn't understand. Rich's office was stuck up and all these pricey items in his office... He was discriminating, rude leaving no hope for the client. Just cause he's a public defender doesn't mean he cant be a little courteous. we felt like he didn't listen to our side of what happened. I feel that he more or less threatened him he would be in more trouble. This client is scared of me Gallegos. This is not healthy for The clients mental health."
"He's okay. Started with some personal judgement, but I can't blame him-- because I did make a mistake. He got 2/3 of my charges dropped. He said he tried to call me but I didn't get a call. I tried to get him valuable information but overslept (I was homeless at the time). Tried my best not to make it a communication issue, but wish he would have put in a little more work. All things considering, he could have dropped some of his public defender fee. He did never call me back after he would, twice. I feel like I tried my best to give him valuable information and he never even wanted to discuss my options. Maybe I don't understand how plea deals work, but he could have explained or let me hear him negotiate."
