"Things started off great when I put the retainer up. I was excited to get the ball rolling. After the retainer ran out it was hard to get a hold of Michelle. Call after call, message after message, email after email, very rarely returned. At $200 an hour, I expect work to be done. After mediation it took months to get my orders. I was also told in mediation that I should settle because what the offer was would have been better than going to court. I needed someone to be there when I needed them. Not when it was convenient. Started working on some other things with my case back in March. It has literally been since March 28th that I have had any response. Call after call, message after message, email after email. I keep making my payments but don't even know how much I still owe because I can't even get a call back regarding matters. I'm not one to leave bad reviews ever, but damn!"
