"Instead of providing a quote for handling a real estate transaction, they insist on a $250 fee to speak to an attorney. I work with attorneys all day long and never run into this problem. They lost a great client and here’s my free advice - train Katie (the legal assistant) to not hang up on those who disagree with your mandatory consultation policies to provide quotes. Very rude and unprofessional."
