"I was referred by another attorney. Called the Purcell office and spoke with a nice young man who said he would get my information in front of the attorney. Since then, some woman keeps running interference; denying my experience and wanted to block my access to services. States she has never heard of me, despite sending me an email. I miss the days when people in service professions actually cared. Who wants to deal with bad behavior when they need assistance? No one I know. Update: Since posted, I received an email punting me off to another attorney. Nice way to handle a bungle. The author stated he was 'trying' to reach me: the reality is that he called twice in a row when I was unable to answer. I guess attorneys can create their own reality. My reality is that they only want the juicy cases and are not interested in helping the average person who needs assistance. Used to be practicing law was an honorable profession. Not anymore. They do not take pride in what they provide to the community at all. It's all about what you can put in their pockets."
