"They have one goal- - to ruin lives!!! My experience with this company has been traumatizing. After today, I’m in the process of filing a counter suit against them. It’s understandable that they have a job to do, they are debt collectors. They are really just out for that, the debt owed. However, when people are interested in settling, and making steps to do so, they really don’t care. They will take your last dollar, put you in further debt, just to get what’s left of you. They will garnish down to the last dollar in your account without notification and despite attempts at resolution. If you can an avoid dealing with Stephen Bruce and Associates, do so. They don’t try to settle debts, they’ll ruin you!! There is a lot that is unethical about their approach and that’s what my lawyer will address."

"Very rude staff, and receptionists. I asked why they would leave court documents at my house unsealed, and they claimed it was within their rights, and that legally they could do that. Violation of privacy is the lingering thought. Would not recommend them at all. Everyone here has a terrible attitude. Would give zero negative stars if possible. Seems like a majority of their ratings are bad anyway. After COVID, though they may not be able to keep their contracts. So long."

"Horrible Place. Horrible People. Violated my banking privacy to garnish my check for a Discover account that I do not own. Discover has no record of me. ZERO. I call this bottom feeding business and they tell me it's related to a family member's account and there's nothing I can do. My entire paycheck...gone. My mortgage payment....gone for an account that is not mine nor have I ever been linked to it. They found a loophole in a broken system and used it to hurt an innocent human. Stay far far away from this place. They are perfectly fine violating my banking privacy but they won't show their faces on their website. Legal action is in the works. Watch your accounts closely!"
