"Once you find an elevator that's not broken and make it to the 5th floor, you'll have to get past the Karens guarding the long hallway to the door of peril. Be careful, don't make eye contact with them or you'll turn to stone. These attorneys don't actually work here, the door is locked 99% of the time so you'll need an envelope to leave any correspondence. I suggest the stairs on your way down, but only if you can pick the lock at the bottom to exit stairwell. (Yes I have gotten locked inside before) I have never met Eliot personally but I'm sure that he/she/they/them has the same "attorney attitude" as the countless other attorneys I've met.
