"I feel all the negative comments are that people are just mad they have to actually deal with the consequences of not paying their bills. I have not had a single issue with them at all. Even missing a payment, they called to check to see what was going on. We got it figured out. I signed up with auto pay, and they take a certain amount every month, and that's it. No garnishment necessary, they called many times, and I ignored them until the sheriff showed up to deliver our court papers, and I finally called them and set up a payment plan"

"Literally one of the worst. Very disrespectful when you call to talk to them about trying to figure out a way to pay back a debt you don’t even owe them. My debt amount went from $567 to the original creditor to $2000.00 that should be against the law! I hope this company is crushed by Mother Nature by the biggest Tornado there ever was"

"This place actually launched a lawsuit against me so I can’t give them 5 full stars but let me say this to anyone out there also being sued by them. Just don’t ignore the problem! Talk with them. At first they were kind of rude and I get it I’m sure it’s a stressful job and people are probably rude right back. After MONTHS of going back and forth on this issue where a family member had racked up a credit card in my name without my knowledge they helped me settle this for a reasonable amount. Am I out a considerable amount of money for this economy? Yes! But I’m happy to not have it hanging over my head anymore and the ladies I spoke with in the end, Harley, Aubrey, and Hailey were VERY pleasant to work with. Best of luck to everyone dealing with this."

"Yes they are a debt collector but let’s be real they are doing the jobs they were hired for per their skill set. They have always been very kind and willing to work with me regarding payments. They understand things happen and as long as you communicate they are very understanding."
