"“I am not happy with my decision to use this law group. My Attorney Kelby W. Luna has not done anything to represent me or my case and I’ve tried calling him for almost a month now without any of my calls being returned. I am not happy with how he’s handling me as a client and I don’t recommend him as an Attorney to future clients. This is unacceptable behavior and he’s done nothing to represent me or my case. Please don’t waste your money because he is unprofessional and you will not be represented in court. I was later contacted by Kelby to inform me that his law firm is closing after a month of me trying to contact him to see what was going on with my case. Conducting business like this I can see why the firm would be closing. You are scamming people out of money with no intention on helping them with their case. God definitely does not bless mess so your firm closing is a blessing in disguise."

"All office staff very nice. But emails were never answered and we at our first court, attorney didnt defend nor show evidence. Didn’t ask judge for anything we asked and he said was reasonable. Asked for a modification to be filed and for two months got responses like “ill have something by the end of this week, or end of day”. I believe we were charged for all emails we sent and never received responses. Switched lawyers to avoid further problems at our next court."
