"I had a very good experience with this firm in helping me with setting up a trust. I was listened to and given advice and alternatives on how to plan for taking care of my affairs through the end of my life. I highly recommend this firm. Everyone was beyond nice and friendly."
"Excellent service. I had dreaded setting up a trust. This firm made it simple, understandable, and painless. I was given an envelope with everything I needed to complete the process. And, this firm will stay with you throughout your life! Highly recommend."
"My husband is a stereotypical engineer and a big part of his job is writing and reviewing documentation (which means he is EXTREMELY detailed). So on a recent weekend he decided to do some light reading of our Trust document. I personally asked him to allot no more than 24 hours on the reading and reviewing our most recent 300 plus page updated Trust document. While gaining Trust knowledge and information, he found errors, like numerous instances of an incorrect middle initials in one of the names. If my last name was Smith or Jones this would bother me. But our last name is Wasielewski! So I doubt this would be an issue when the need for the Trust documents arise. After my 10 minute review of Paul’s review comments, I did agree to go back to Parman and Easterday, as one, what I consider, very important document was missing the notary stamp. And in my limited knowledge, I could see that being an issue for our sons at our death. Well Parman and Easterday corrected it and the minor errors that Paul had pointed out, and they updated the affected documents to current date. The unnotarized document was redone, signed by us, witnesses, and a notary and then notary stamped. It was also explained that it is likely that their copy of that initial document had the notary stamp, and our copy was an oversight. (My thought: human error does happen, and we need to show grace). Anyway, thank you Parman and Easterday, and to Carol and Lynn in particular who were mainly instrumental in making the trust documents whole. We are grateful to be working with such a great team of professionals since 1999. Also maybe you can learn from me. I recently shredded our initial, first ever 300 page Trust document after the updated versions were done. It is what it is, but that really is not recommended by Parman and Easterday. Last of all, Parman and Easterday is making a thumb drive of our Trust documents available to send to our Successor Trustee, so at his fingertips he will have a ‘no bulk’ item for information and execution when the need arises. Also Lynn found a COPY of our 1999 Certificate of Trust, and included it on the thumb drive just in case we ever need it. Again thank you Parman and Easterday! We are very satisfied clients."
"My wife and I finally completed a combined estate plan with Parman & Easterday. The experience was highly professional but personal and friendly. Larry Parman listened to our needs and created the go forward plan. Marris Moore completed the process and happily answered remaining questions so we knew what we were signing. Great service. Feel much better having this in place for our family. Thank you Mr. Parman, Marris Moore and supporting team. Raymond Hall"
"After attending the free Parman and Easterday informational presentation we knew setting up a living trust was something that needed to be done. We didn't really know what to expect at our initial meeting with Larry Parman and Maris Skinner but all our questions and concerns were addressed and we knew we had come to the right place. Maris took care of us from that point and her patience, kindness, knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We would recommend Parman and Easterday to anyone needing help with estate planning!"
