"I honestly would rate 0 stars if I could however it isn't an option. Britni has a great representative persona, she portrays herself as deep, compassionate, trustworthy confident, and reliable. She gains your trust speaking about her past expirence and boasts of her accomplishments, however she fails to tell you that she is biased in taking your case. She hides her doubt and lacks determination. She was looking for a way out dismissing herself from my case just b4 a custody review. She recommended I forfeit my rights and custody over my own child and I put in air quotes " to get custody later on" she dismissed herself from my case on a technicality. It was unprofessional and it showed her direct disregard for my situation as a mother let alone as a human being. She was not confident to go in front of the judge on my case. My wrong doing was choosing her to be my representative. She is very arrogant and truly believes she knows everything. She isn't very creative or flexible, she isn't dependable and she acts as the devils advocate playing both sides. She reviewed my case and immediately the doubt was heard in her voice though she tried to hide it. She made sure to Nicole and dime me without delivering any real or positive results though I worked day in and day out on my case and myself. She created a gaping hole in my life and I regret ever meeting her. To her this is just a job, papers on her desk. She has no interest in connecting with her clients to understand their true intentions and to help them fight. She is insecure, she is delayed, and she's not fast thinking on her feet, she is unwilling to go the extra mile.and prefers her comfort zone wich is costly to her clients. I'm still actively paying her off however it makes me sick to my stomach everytime I have to. Find an attorney that believes in your case and will go the extra mile to help you. Find an attorney that understands, and sees your true heart and mind. Her services will leave you disappointed full of regret and very dissatisfied. She needs more experience and more confidence. She's easily influenced by her opponents and she will side with them in her insecurities. I didn't care how much knowledge she believes she had at the time it amounted to nothing in the end. Find a more experienced attorney who believes in your case wont side with opposing counsel has compassion and concern for you as a human can balance knowledge with character, who doesn't give themselves more credit than deserved and won't diminish any chance you have of being a healthy family in whatever way that is for you. Take the time and don't make decisions out of desperation bc that's exactly what Britni Cobb was to me."
