"Marcus Olds was appointed by the court to represent our son Brian in 2022, during that time and all the court dates that were scheduled, he appeared personally 4-6 times. He spent very little time with Brian to review and prepare with him. Most recently as of 2/22/24 he was an hour late to court, after I was notified less than 24 hours earlier about a plea hearing, which, I had not told Brian about, he would not have know about. Again NO time spent to review discovery or to talk about what was going on. There was a trial date set for 2/26/24, that Marcus admitted he was not prepared for, that he's known about since before Thanksgiving.
