"Mr Nix was great! My boyfriend got a third degree felony theft charge, the prosecutor and "victim", were pushing adamantly about him serving 2 years jail time, nothing less. We at first had a court appointed attorney and quickly hired Jon after realizing they weren't budging with his punishment. Mr Nix got them to go from 2 years jail time to 2 years differed probation.
