Walmart Pharmacy

"The pharmacy tech (Katie?) went above and beyond! I needed a prescription filled for an emergency trip out of town. The pharmacy couldn’t fill it, so the tech called the Walmart in my destination town. It wasn’t available there either, but she found a competitor pharmacy that did, and arranged for them to have it ready on my arrival."

"I just went to pick up my medication and I asked the pharmacist Valerie to use good RX and she did not want to apply the discount. I called Smiths pharmacy and they have the same medication for 7.99 compared to Walmart which is 11.96 . I am not going back to Walmart pharmacy."

"At 11:30 am today, with 1-200 people in the store there was one PlayStation open at the far end with a huge line of people waiting to pay. I tried to go to the self-pay section but found a line of 10-12 shoppers waiting to even get into the self-pay section. Also on many previous visits I find restocking seriously wanting. I have to ask a helper to check if they have a certain article and virtually always there are some (in the back, not on the shelves). I have waited as long as 10 days looking for an item before I finally asked. Both those situations are the fault of good management. Try to do better. This doesn't happen at all Wal-Marts."
