"I stop by this location when I’m traveling between my hometown and the town in which I teach. And I will say this Casey’s is definitely subpar which it comes to a handful of aspects. I really enjoy the party bowls of chocolate chip cookies, but at least 85% of the time I stop in this location they’re out of that product and they’re out of the little cup version as well. And at least 1/3 of the time they’re out of fountain Dr. Pepper, which is a bummer. And that’s not mentioning the ridiculously skinny straws that are a pain to drink out of. I can definitely see why Kum & Go decided to open a location across the street from this store. And I was thinking maybe I was just being petty but then I saw a ton of the other reviews here mentioning the exact same problems."
"They do business in Glenpool but donate to the Bixby band program instead of donating to Glenpool."
"I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I've visited this store daily for for the past 2 years, and I have watched it steadily decline over that time. From the continuously broken credit card readers to the broken gas pumps, to the kitchen manager, Gwyn, all the way to the the store manager, John, this store needs a serious revamp. The credit card readers being broken has had a serious impact on both customer service and satisfaction. With lines being 6-8 people deep, waiting for 10 minutes to make a simple purchase, it is hard to imply any kind of convenience to the store visit. This has also caused the parking lot to stay full, meaning customers are parking at the gas pumps, some being the few that actually work. When I need fuel, I must circle the gas pumps, searching for one that does not have a bag over the nozzle. Sometimes, that's not possible because every other customer had to do the same thing. The kitchen manager, Gwyn, should stay in the back of the kitchen, where she can't interact with customers. She has a terrible attitude, does not greet customers, stares at them with disgust, clearly does not understand customer service, and does not deserve her job. I have had more than one occasion where she treated me that way, and when I called her out on it, she gave me a death stare and walked out of the store, got in her vehicle and stayed there for more than 10 minutes. I decided to stick around (out of sight) and watch how she treated other customers, and it was truly a pathetic display of resentment and hatred towards every customer she served. I've developed a lot of good relationships with virtually every employee who works at this location. Through casual conversation with them, I have ascertained they do not believe in their leadership. It was made apparently clear to me why the employees do not believe in their manager, John, when I explained my interaction with Gwyn and what I witnessed. He was completely unconcerned with her behavior. He was so unconcerned that he initially attempted to defend her by saying "I've never had a complaint about her." I told him that was not my concern and he needed to address his employee's behavior before I report it to his superior. He assured me he would speak with her. Well, this morning I made my daily visit to Casey's. Gwyn was working in the kitchen. When she made eye contact with me, she gave me the dirtiest look imaginable. Either John did not address my concerns, or Gwyn was unaffected by her punishment, or the leadership is just weak. There's not much stopping me from taking my business to the Kum and Go across the street, or the QuikTrip a mile away, except for the good employees at this store. I'd suggest plugging the holes in this boat before it sinks."
"Great Pizza and products, but they can't keep windshield fluid in the fuel bays. It's been a year since I've seen any. Never enough employees. :("
"I've been going here for over a year consistently. Customer service is only OK but it has been a little better lately. They are out of stock of items regularly and also seem to consistently have one or two pumps out of order. That said, I go here because their 88 (E-15) is cheaper than most places and runs great in my van. The Manager seems out of place here, I've seen him argue with customers and staff; he's a little rude and doesn't have great people skills. I just shrug it off and move on since I only buy gas and beer here (sometimes they're out of my preferred beer too). Overall it's an OK experience."
