"We won't be back after our experience last month. Lance was extremely rude upon arrival. We had an appointment set up so that we wouldn't have to wait, yet we ended up waiting over an hour for our car to even be taken back. When my husband finally spoke to Lance about it he spat some excuse about being short staffed and then took our car back right away. He avoided my husband the rest of the time we were there, even sending someone else to talk to him when it was time to check-out. Listen, I understand being short staffed, but when you're taking walk-ins as priority over appointments and then making up excuses that's just poor management. Sprinkle bad attitude on top and you get lost business."
